WordPerfect 
Level 1 - Intro
Introduction
Students cover the course objectives, use a mouse, start WordPerfect, the WordPerfect window - restoring, maximizing, and closing a window, and canceling and escaping.
Creating and Saving a Document
Students enter text, use QuickCorrect, open a new document window, center current date, save, name documents, view modes, zoom, close document windows, and close the application window.
Editing a Document
Students open a file, open a recently edited file, switch windows, insert a file, move the insertion point, scroll, insert/typeover, delete and select text, undelete, undo, redo, and make and close up paragraphs.
File Management
Students view, delete, copy, move, and rename files, as well as create a directory folder and favorites.
Printing a Document
Spell Check
Students will learn how to spell check and check for duplicate words.
Help
Students search for help and use context sensitive help.
Text Enhancements
Students change text attributes, remove attributes, center text, flush right text, and remove center/flush right text.
Document Format
Students work with the formatting tools: the ruler bar, margins, justification, line spacing, tabs, indenting, bullets, page numbering, paper size, envelopes, centering a page, removing format codes, and page breaks.
Templates
Students use a template.
Headers and Footers
Students create, edit, suppress, and remove headers and footers.
Cut/Copy and Paste
Students cut, copy, paste, and drag and drop text within documents.
Find and Replace
Students find text and automatically replace it.
