Intermediate
Review

HTML and Web Page Design: Intermediate Level reviews the basic concepts of HTML and teaches intermediate HTML skills. Students will blend text and graphics, add transparent images and animated images, and use image maps. Students also create basic forms, add enhanced elements to forms, and add E-mail links. Finally, students create and format tables, and design and format frames.

Blending Text and Graphics
Students align text with graphics, flow text around graphics, and customize bullets in lists.
Adding Transparency with Animation
Students add transparent images, animated images, and animate text.
Using Image Maps
Students create an image map and reference an image map.
Creating Basic Form Elements
Students use the <FORM> tag, create radio buttons, checkbox items, submit buttons, and reset buttons.
Adding Advanced Elements to Forms
Students define and create text boxes, and add e-mail and display selection links.
Creating Tables
Students format basic table attributes, add table captions, and create rows and columns.
Formatting Tables
Students format cells, create heading cells, add backgrounds, and create multicolumn pages.
Designing Basic Frames
Students create and nest framesets, and describe and link frames.
Formatting Frames
Students add frame attributes and supply a No Frames option.
