Intro
Examining HTML
Students learn to identify web page elements and use tags, create files, view source code, and examine HTML Theory.
Writing Source Code
Students learn how to gather the necessary tools to write code, use tags, and create and view an HTML document.
Placing Text on the Page
Students format paragraph text, create line breaks, format addresses, create block quotes, and use the preformat tag.
Formatting Text
Students add text attributes and change text size.
Creating Headings and Horizontal Rule Lines
Students create headings and horizontal rule lines.
Displaying Lists
Students examine basic list types, and create unordered, ordered, and definition lists.
Adding Color to Web Page
Students apply background page color and color to text.
Introducing Graphics
Students learn to identify JPEGs and GIFs, place graphics on the page, and apply graphics to the page background.
Adding Hypertext Links
Students create links to other web pages, within a document, and assign color attributes to links.
Creating Graphic Hyperlinks
Students create graphic links to other web pages, internal graphic links within a document, a graphic link to itself, and add borders to graphic links.
